All our products are authentic and sourced directly from our family estate and local farmers in the heart of Tuscany, Italy, ensuring the highest quality and traditional flavors.
How do you ensure the freshness of perishable items during shipping?
Perishable items like cheeses and cured meats are shipped in temperature-controlled packaging with ice packs and expedited shipping to maintain peak freshness upon arrival.
What is your return policy for food products?
Due to the nature of food items, we cannot accept returns. However, if your order arrives damaged or is incorrect, please contact our customer service within 48 hours for a replacement or refund.
Do you offer international shipping?
Currently, we ship to all 50 U.S. states. We are working on expanding our logistics to bring the taste of Tuscany to international customers in the near future.
Are your olive oils certified Extra Virgin?
Yes, our olive oils are certified Extra Virgin, cold-pressed, and made from 100% Italian olives, meeting the strictest standards for acidity and flavor profile.
