Our 100% Italian Arborio Rice is grown entirely in Arborio, in the Po Valley. When cooked, its plump grains stay firm yet creamy, thanks to their high amylopectin starch content—ideal for preparing the perfect risotto!

Ingredients

100% Italian arborio rice , 1x 2.2lb bag.

Cooking instructions

For each cup of rice combine 2 cups of water. Bring water to a boil and add salt. Add the rice and let the water come back to a gentle simmer . Then reduce the heat, cover the top and cook  for up to 15 minutes.


How to store

keep in a dry and cool place, away from heat sources. Close the bag after using  or move to a container in order to keep the unused goods cool and safe from air sources.For best before date see back label.
