Liuzzi Smoked Scamorza is a traditional pasta filata cheese, hand-shaped and naturally smoked for a rich, savory flavor. Semi-soft with a smooth, slightly salty taste, this cheese is ideal for melting, slicing, or shredding into your favorite dishes.

Each cheese is carefully hand-stretched, soaked in a light brine for 80 minutes, then hung to dry overnight before being gently smoked using a natural smoking process. Once ready, the scamorza is sealed in a pouch made from food-grade film that protects against moisture and oxygen. The pouch is vacuum-sealed to ensure freshness, with all air removed from the packaging. 

We are serving one cheese ball weighing approximately 1.25 pounds. While the image shows two cheeses, this product is sold individually.
